Service business entrepreneur, software founder, and author of Get RICH Boring.
At 19, with $3,000 and no experience, I started a cleaning company with my best friend. It grew past $15 million in revenue.
Not with anything flashy. Just simple, unglamorous work done the right way, for a long time. As it grew, we outgrew every tool on the market, so we built our own. That software became BookingKoala, now used by 20,000+ service pros around the world.
Everything I share comes from what actually worked in the real world. Not theory, and not guru hype.
My story
It started on an old carpet.
At 19, I was working for my dad's carpet business and going to college full time. One morning, sitting on old carpet we were about to rip out, I said out loud, "I am not doing this." I didn't have a plan yet. I just knew I was going to build something of my own.
My parents came to this country from Poland with no English and built everything from nothing. Watching them is where I learned what hard work looks like.
I started a cleaning company with my best friend, and I never cleaned a single home myself. We hired from day one and put everything into building the business: the systems, the team, the customers. We made plenty of mistakes and learned a lot of it the hard way. When no software on the market could run the company the way we needed, we built our own. That became BookingKoala.
The thing I was missing most back then was a clear map. That's why I share everything I've learned through free courses, free videos, and a free book, Get RICH Boring, so the next person gets the clean version of a road I walked the messy way and can use it to build real wealth, freedom, and a life on their own terms. 2013, age 19
Started a cleaning company with my best friend, working out of our bedrooms.
First full year
Just under $1 million in revenue. Doubled, to over $2 million the year after.
Age 22
Crossed $5 million in total revenue. Later it went on to pass $15 million.
