I started my first cleaning business at 19 with $3,000 and no experience, and scaled it past $15 million in revenue — not with anything flashy, just simple, unglamorous work done the right way. As it grew, we outgrew every tool on the market, so we built our own systems to run it. That software became BookingKoala, now used by 20,000+ service business owners worldwide.
Today my work sits at the intersection of local service businesses, automation, and scalable systems — all aimed at one outcome: helping people use a simple, "boring" business to build real money, freedom, and a life on their own terms.

My Background
My journey started inside the service industry, down in the unglamorous trenches — answering calls, scheduling jobs, handling staffing, cancellations, customer follow-ups, and every growth pain firsthand. The boring stuff. The stuff nobody posts about.
After scaling a local cleaning business to millions in revenue, I realized the biggest bottleneck for service businesses isn't demand — it's systems. Demand for cleaning, lawn care, and home services is everywhere. What's missing is the structure to handle it without drowning in chaos.
