When I was younger, my parents always tried to separate me from whom they thought were bad friends. I often ignored it all because, at that time, I didn't think much of it. I moved my entire life because they tried to make sure I went to the right school filled with great people.
By the time I was 14, I had attended at least six different schools and met a lot of people. Today, I can easily see what could have happened if I stayed in certain places instead of moving.
Who inspires you is no different from the environment you grow up in and the friends you keep around you. You need to be selective when it comes to the people you follow as much as the friends you keep. Whenever I draw inspiration from someone, it's either in whole or in parts. What I mean by that is sometimes the entire person seems perfect, and sometimes I love a certain quality they possess.
Here are my favorites
Elon Musk: I love his drive and the love he has for the world. It's incredibly inspiring and pushes me to do the same. Because of him, I want to do something more when I'm older.
Ben Chestnut: He stays out of the spotlight, but is a hardworking genius. Currently, he's someone I can relate to the most because he's someone that accomplished something that is on my to-do list. I love the way he cares about his company and the way his community values him.
Mark Cuban: I love the fact that he's incredibly open and always keeps it real. He has good intentions and offers a lot of great advice to those that choose to listen. One thing that will always keep him an inspiration to me is that he believes in hard work just as much as I do.
