About Filip Boksa

I started my first business in the home cleaning industry when I was 19 with my best friend from high school. Together we invested $6,000 and grew the company to over $5,000,000 in revenue within three years. Later I Co-founded BookingKoala with the developer who built King of Maids and who today is one of my closest friends. BookingKoala is home to thousands of entrepreneurs worldwide, and my main goal is to turn the company into a unicorn while taking $0 in funding.

How To Start A Cleaning Business (3 FREE Resources)

If you want to learn how to start a cleaning business, I will provide you with 3 of the best resources out there, and for free. When I started King of Maids with my friend at 19, we grew the business through traditional hard work and freely accessible information on the web. As a result, we did $5,000,000 in revenue by the time I turned 23.

Today we've done over 10 million just in Chicago Stripe sales, and I've learned a lot when it comes to growing a cleaning business. For example, we started out by accepting cash/checks that are not reflected in these Stripe totals. When we started to grow fast, we quickly got rid of that option because it became too hard to manage, and it was much easier to scale by only accepting credit/debit card payments. Following these excellent resources we've built, you can avoid some things, such as accepting cash/check payments while focusing only on the best practices that will make growing a successful cleaning business easier.

Commit

You don't need many resources to succeed, but you do need to follow the right help to grow a profitable cleaning business. Take advantage of the listed ones and commit to growing your cleaning business. Commitment is essential because the winners are separated by not quitting, and not quitting requires commitment. Over the years, you will be rewarded as long as you don't quit. To this day, starting my cleaning business at the age of 19 was the best decision that opened many doors for me.

I started because I wanted to become wealthy enough to buy myself freedom. I knew that the best way to do that would be to start a business and work hard enough until I had enough money to do whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. My partner and I started in the cleaning industry because my mom was a cleaner with her own houses she cleaned regularly. It seemed a perfect opportunity since we already knew a cleaner that could start doing the jobs we would be going after. We also learned that the competition was poor in Chicago and that introducing convenience to the mix would result in clients that are sick and tired of calling ten cleaning services to get a quote.
